Dainese are renowned for manufacturing the highest quality protective motorcycle gear and supplying the finest racing leathers to many of the world’s top professional riders such as Valentino Rossi. They needed to elevate their customer experience so that buying Dainese products in store was as good as the user experience.



Elephants embarked on an extensive tour to meet with HQ team, Dainese store managers, staff and bikers around the world whilst building in observations from the very best brands in retail from Milan to Los Angeles. We devised a network strategy and new layout to refresh the portfolio of stores and briefed the global management teams at HQ in Italy.



In the Summer of 2016 we briefed Store Managers from every market at Head Office on the new strategy and roll out is expected in the coming months. Watch this space.
