Lebara was a mobile telecoms company with big ambitions – to exceed sales of €500 million. Whilst they offered a high quality service, the brand lacked emotional warmth and affinity to achieve real loyalty and scale.
Through business engagement across multiple audiences, including internal customers and trade and a global research programme, we uncovered key insights and needs for the different target groups. This allowed us to build a stronger brand proposition and innovation platforms which led to the development of completely new offers including money transfer and mobile content.
The brand has become more than a mobile provider and is now a constant voice of support and encouragement to migrants across the world.
