Challenge:

Dairylea, a much loved brand by kids and adults alike, was looking to strengthen its health credentials, and re-establish its fun factor through NPD innovation targeting two different snacking occasions.

Approach:

Elephants planned a stimulating 1.5 day workshop to quickly deliver quality results. On day one, a multi-functional team from Elephants and Dairylea used a range of creative techniques to generate ideas which we then tested with live consumer groups for feedback on how to refine and build our ideas on the second day.

Results:

Our method meant agility and speedy concept refinement was brought into Dairylea’s innovation process, creating realistic innovation pipeline of exciting ideas in a short period of time.

Nielsen Idea Screen results: Out of 10 ideas tested, 8 scored Accelerate or Advance, with no observed risks.
