Reflecting the current transformation of the workplace where a broader view of success is emerging, our brand strategy for Futures focused on the whole individual and not just the job applicant, with a key point of difference around market leading services delivered in a simple, jargon-free way. As well as defining a clear architecture for the group, we created a fresh, dynamic and modern identity for the brand and new strapline ‘Unlimited Possibilities’.

Futures’ new identity was launched in September 2018 across all brand touchpoints and has already had a big impact, helping them to secure a business critical contract.
