Challenge

St Ewe, Cornish egg business, were facing huge growth having just secured listings in Tesco, and maintaining their large presence within foodservice. The business needed some help with their core brand positioning, understanding their consumer, and messaging on retail packaging..

Approach

We conducted consumer research with egg buyers and St Ewe egg buyers to understand key motivations to egg purchase and opinions on the brand. We also structured a brand workshop with all key members of the St Ewe team in order to align and discuss the brand as a group.

Result

Upon completion of our consumer research and strategic work, we were also to provide a comprehensive review and recommendations of what their brand proposition should be, along with their key on pack messages in a clear and concise document. We were also able to upgrade the brand by designing a new logo which reflected the new brand proposition.
