The latest innovations from our clients

In the last few weeks, two of our clients- Molson Coors and Coregeo, have launched exciting new innovations.

To celebrate their hard work and success, we thought we’d dedicate this blog post to them.

Molson Coors: Cold River Cider from Sharp’s Brewery

This month, Sharp’s Brewery owned by Molson Coors, has launched its first cider- Cold River Cider. The cider has been inspired by the unique interactions that occur where the river meets the sea, and has been crafted in collaboration with Aspall Cyder House. This ‘ocean cold refreshment’ is medium dry and has a bittersweet taste, ideal for the sunny days ahead of us. Cold River Cider is a great addition to the Cornish brewery’s repertoire of drinks and is a perfect example of innovating to stretch a brand without snapping it.

Coregeo: Plastic free packaging in Iceland for Pink Lady apples

Conscious about sustainability and the environmental impact of packaging, Coregeo launched plastic free packaging for its Pink Lady apples in Iceland. The new packaging which consists of a carboard tray with a vibrant pink paper band, is being introduced to all of Iceland’s stores as part of a trial. This shift alone, will save seven tonnes of plastic a year! Coregeo’s innovative move underlines the difference brands can make towards tackling global problems such as waste and plastic pollution. We hope that other brands will follow suit and that plastic free groceries will become the norm sooner rather than later.

Congratulations to the Molson Coors and Coregeo teams!
